Recruiting staff

We require staff for the following positions-
-Event moderators 1~2
-Ingame Cops 3~5
-Server reporters 1~3 (Report server status and any ongoing ingame issues)
-Blog writer 1 (for Facebook page)
-Support ticket agent 1~2

If you are already a cop and your name is not in the list above, please notify me as a reply in this topic.
Payscale will depend on the quality and effectiveness of your work

Additional information-
Event moderators - Will control triggers to daily\weekend events such as Azreal Guardian or RAGE
Support ticket agent - Will read and reply to support tickets from players and answers general queries. Anything that requires technical assistance will be forwarded to a GM
Blog writer - Promote the server by posting the daily game updates and main events on the EO facebook page https://www.facebook.com/home.php#!/pages/Eternals-Online/158606167541577

Tryxz is current Event Moderator, she's good at it, but she doesnt have enough access to summon mobs etc =)
How would look Support ticket agent?

No need to re apply, just notify other cops to inform me of their position so I can prepare a staff list and arrange for a monthly salary in terms of TC\RP

Hello eiko, check the first post for more information regarding the support ticket agent. Players in the post should not sound rude to new players and should help clear doubts no matter how silly they might be. If she is an event moderator without the moderator necklace and without any access to event triggers, then she needs to reapply.

I can be Anything. i Prefer events cause i do lots of my own gold but after summer cause now i will become an inactive event moderator Smile

Everyone has to reapply again. Cops with Arrest warrants should contact us and notify so we can add you to the monthly paylist. bounce

GM lisa, can you reply to the emails that were sent, because i am unsure if you have recieved it.. sometimes i have error and it sayd i sent the email but the person i am sending the mail to have not recieved it .

I would like to know where i should send Screen shots of people breaking rules or talking about breaking rules or suspicious persons..

I cant arrest them cuz they are someone where else and I dont have enough proof.. But i can forward them to the GM so that he can look into the matter in more detail..

- I would love a briefing from the GM's about what is expected from me and every other Cop in the server..

Lisa's email said that he will send more info to us, after they will finish live support.

BTW gm, can u split Support for 2 section: in-game problems and technical problems. It might solve problem with re-send tickets to GM,if we cant answer on them.
And on-line LS would be great and faster for both side =)

We are on the process of remaking the Ticket system so there will be two types of support tickets that can be sent
-Technical & Donation
-General Questions

We will have to restart the ticket system completely and wipe the current ticket server completely. Live support staff will be contacted when we release the new ticket system.
