since many people are learning the "logging skill" in CA, and that i cant take a video on them, i would like to suggest some things :
1.) if they relog, they lose rep or gold ;
2.) make relogging impossible
3.) if they relog, they wont be able to enter for the next 5 minutes.

We had the anti relog code running but was stopped cause it appeared to be "buggy" sometimes
We will work on the code again and come up with a working anti relog system

no dont do that.
sometimes when we r in ca we have to relog when we lag, and sometimes people dont have tix so they relog to get out to get buffs.

why dont you just make buffing/partying able in ca then?

We do it anyway.
It would stop guild mates killing each other accidently as well.

im not talkin about myself i can buff myself, im talkin about others, some people dot know how to pt in ca and some people dont even have buffers , and what if we got dc while we r in ca? we will lose money or whatever -.-

Ok, this is it.
First of all, you MUST take off the Global Party System, cuz this is how they party in CA.
CA is ment to be a map where you should go all alone and teaming is not allowed. Thats the meaning of this map. Allowing them to team is even corrupt than it already is.
They can tag around, yeah, via PM or MSG, thats ok, needs skill to do so, so its ok, but parting? Make a party of 5 voys if you wanna see hell on earth.

About relogging, well, have never been a problem to me. Thats just an EGO thing, to want your name spamed in the System Screen. Thats stupid tho, go open skeletar, inca, eva, enigma chests for it.
You guys team around CA and also you want them to be even more killable? Thats just nasty.
I would leave the CA system as it is right now. Want CA points? Need CA points? (Although theres no quest which requires CA points except for the Aries, Taurus, Gemini quest, and guess what? You can buy those apparels in NPC...)
If you wanna have CA points just request the CA points book item, or ask for the War System and its done.

Any quests for CA points would be unbalanced atm
