Whats wrong with server Quests

Any one else notice that most of the quest are missing items to complete them?

Example:

The quest that starts:

Secret of the fireball
Looking for Spark Seduction
Making Spark Seduction
Go to Shaitan City
Secret of Winter Island
Mystic North Ville
Intranquil Demonic World
North Ville's Whereabout
Talk to Pirate Jeremy
Jeremy's Harassment
Jeremy's Dispatch
Heading to Spring Town
Youth - Misty's Envy
Youth - Cloud's Bother (*************MISSING*************)
Autumn Island Tourist Girl (Autumn Island 2423, 3186) thats what missing!

I had to stop there.

So has anyone else found broken quests?

I have the same quest, and now im stuck with it, can't delete it

its the quest that need to open a gateway to winter island. well the teleporter has already been provided..

Actually everything is a little more complicated but rathaloz gave the basic info

It's like this:

All those quests are sub-story quests (meaning, they were added additionally to original story quests)

They do not need to be completed in order to get kylin chest as a reward.

There is a much better explanation by Chibi (that's me on friend's account) in a topic called Story Quest FAQ

I've already reported this problem to GM at the time I was still playing (that was last year) and as I see nothing has been done up till now.

As far as I remember there are 2 NPC missing in Autumn Island (the girl and a npc looking like Lance in Virgo armor) that are preventing you to continue doing winter story quest part.

Most of story quests are locked (can not be abandoned), that's why you are unable to "delete" your quest.

The only way to get rid of it is to wait till the NPC are fixed and you finish it
