The pic has everything.

I will explain why it is so.

The girl on pic -> resambles Phyllis which is a playable "race"
The Phoenix is a symbol of eternal rebirth -> BSO v.2 REBIRTH (The server was shut down and started up again better than before) = Phoenix dies and turns into ashes than rises from them more powerful than ever before (Yes I do know alot of about mythology xD)
Fire around them -> hummm Sun is not made of ice riiight? So I guess you are all able to figure out this resamblance yourself. Also fire is a symbol of light - dont belive me? Go study far east Asia cultures and you will find that out (ToP is a Chinese game - China is most eastest country on Eurasia continent)
The picture has nothing directly from ToP - which will make this server even more of "its own"

So my vote goes for Saya and I hope she wins so ppl can enjoy this pic (got a poster of it on the door o.o)
