try adding lvl 5 and 6 sandbags in the sandbag isle so that lvl 90 above can easy lvl up and the entrance should be only for lvl 90 and above
so hows that for a solution to the bringing back of sandbag seller?

WE never removed captain jack
now 2 canary mobs are also added to the western side of the island (For story quest)

Lv 3 & 4 sandbag's HP Reduced by 50%
