I was just wondering what are all the effect %'s on ek compared to their original set effect rate %'s

eternal kylin on ss had 50% chance of bd hs. but it was too much so it was reduced down to 35% (rumour percentage). the bd corp, bd helm, bd cp 0 should all have less than the eternal kylin.

I'm not jsut wondering a bout HS, how ever i did see that the % was op way back.

I want to know about corp effect and dk if its all the same % as their original sets.

bd set has 10% bd hs chance at least in ToP it was that %.

Eli Asks if:

whats the % of dk effect in EK and what in DK set
whats the % of mini stuns in EK and what in Corp Kylin set
whats the % of skills (stun,headshot,seals) in EK and in BD set.

Although i would like to ask-plus if there's any change in % when you are on sets and when u are only with hats.

10% mini stun and apply dk effect, 1% frozen chance for cleric, 35% chance for hs, bd stun like 90% or some sHIz, primal rage 100% hit rate, multi strike bonus stun time,10% to activate holy kylin

I think one of the main reasons she's asking comparison is because at times, it feels as though people who're using CK seem to have more mini stuns than people who use EK.. also same thing with HK. At times it feels like HK heals more often than EK.

My theory for it was that the other kylins only have 1 effect to focus on, while EK has to deliver many different effects at once, thus why there'll be less frequency of each effect overall on EK.

Freq is the same except freeze. Ek offers more bounses then just effects

CK heals more often than DK in my experience..
I think GM wont reveal the exact %.. All he would say is random chance of random % of random duration i think! Razz

Atleast GM should do something about this even if he doesnt disclose the exact % of everything

i remember in the old topic somewhere gm posted ek gets partial effect of the other sets with an additional effect of some others..

like..
Ck vs Ek CK would get more effect while EK gets some.
DK vs EK DK gets more effect.
F-k Vs EK more frozen effect on the original FK
& Etc

Over all, EK would have the effect of the sets but not to the full high% potential of the original sets. x___x;

Nah ek gets exact some as dark kylin. For the 185 dc its always going to be better but cant w8 to see if god set gonna be OP
