Question about gem transfer card/gm service card

Can it be used to transfer whole gems from my existing set to a clean ungemmed set in the same character? and one card for the set and one for the weap?
About gm service card, i know Gms can provide any service for 10mins so if i have like 2-3 high lvl azz could be forged during those 10mins?

gem transfer card 35dc does Entire set excluding hats and weapons. (Hats Count as there Own Set)
