[Event Idea] Eternal League

This idea comes from the kind of playing from League of Legends.
Actually i thought of it from Starcraft 2. But its quite the same.

The idea can be seen from two angles.

First:

Open a big map (can be used the guild wars one)
Where players have all their stats capped (same as in DS) and where they will be able to summon certain amount of monsters to help defense.
Like sandbags. They will attack opponents monsters and players in the way to the base.
A player can have certain amount of monsters to summon each a while (can be 10 minutes or so).
The event will have a time limit, forcing a team to win based in the bases HP.

Second:

Enable a special map like the Argent Bar PvP arena.
Where players can face themselves in a tournament mode.
With the same features listed above. Summoned monsters and capped stats.
Plus. Each time a player wins, can select an item (can be the manufactured ones, like earthquake, radiation, etc) that helps them in the next round.
Managed by a moderator, where the results get displayed in system screen, and the defeated ones wont have a chance to participate again in that event that day.
You can control it with some medal gotten from an NPC, like the SW one, but obtainable only once each event.
Each match will have a time limit, forcing a player to win based in player HP.

This is a sketch yet.
I can develop it more if players and GM like it.

So in the second idea, can i go con mode, and stealth till its over? and if i got more HP i win?

Actually the idea is to cap most stats and skills, so can be balanced to all players. No matter the lvl, class or equipments.
Skill will be everything, and strategy.

Better make a new char only for that event, and u buy some type of scroll that changes all ur stats and stuff and makes it permanent stable.
