Problems with launcher.

Okay so my client crashed in sw.
I tried to open a new one, but every time it goes un-responsive.
After that i got to constantly deleted the EO updater diamond, then use the CUD just to be able to open the launcher.
Then i get this crap x.x

Update topic if the error repeats
We cannot fix this as this is due to database overload and only the database maintenance will fix this.
Please remind your friends to login to the account atleast once to ensure that the account is not deleted in the maintenance.
Any account left inactive for over 6 months will be removed from our databases.

Ashley can't pass the voting, as mentioned in the email that was send.

Connor we have to log all our chars or if an account is logged (and this account has 3 chars) then all 3 are ok? We have to log them separately? ty

I really need help with downloading and installing.

So after i download the client from the last link on the download website. i tried to follow the steps by placing in D folder or C: folder and run it but it doesn't run. instead it gave me this board.
