Player Medusa is banned due to disrespecting player SpiritReaper with her alternative account offensively regarding his methods of donating to the server in my presence.

The warning was the temporary ban which was Medusa's chance to improve behavior and the permanent ban was because she did a repeat offense with her alternative character.

I dis like her method of words, she inslts me about donating also.
and any legend actually..

How ever, can i request to get her unbanned?

She is annoying, but one of those people... you need in there server lol.
a little less relog, a little less abusive spam and she is the perfect combo..

Wouldn't that be second Strike? If the Ban is involving me getting insulted I have received worse especially by cretin ppls I once consider friends. I have no problem been insulted as I take no offense when a CHild who says I have to sell a house to donate. It clearly shows she is an Idiot and has little Idea of my fiances or the fact I got a job and saving for a house.

She doesnt consider I come from Aus where our wages are higher then other countries and what seems like a Lot of money to her is little to me. So again its just a child been stupid, especially when I haven't even loged in over a week. So to me she looks even more idiotic insulting me in WC when I am not even online.

Not to mention the constant daily flame spam she made over the last 2 weeks, reason that got her jailed by myself along with all her alts.

About her unbanning.
The fact that she continues to harass players given the fact she was warned, jailed, temp banned just place evidence that she will definitely do it again and again.

Still, people deserve second chances, and i would like her to go across the 3 Strike System as everyone else.
Shes not a popular and has not a big reputation on her back, but should be treated with the same rules as we all are.

Dont Be under any Illusions. Only Reason I am caring weather she is Perma banned or not; is because moment my name gets mentioned people are going to assume I reported her. I was not online and it involves her insulting me. Like I said I got a pretty hard skin and care little for the rants of a child. I just dont want to be blamed for an Idiot, getting them self banned for not been able to take a warning from GM.

Player Medusa was banned on regulation:
1st Strike In game Jail, 2nd Strike Temporary suspension and finally 3rd Strike Permanent ban after Repeat offense.

So what about the ones who instigated or flamed her in p.m. and such? You say again and again in world but same could be said to the few who constantly badgered her until she got mad. Except she didn't report. Language barriers are a ***** I guess.

Still stand by my request, can you pretty please unban her with on further warning to re issue perm ban if continued.

Some other players in server have done worse and are still here. Example botters cheaters etc but this persons only problem is flaming. Since it concerns me and I was not on to even see incident can she only be placed on second strike. I didn't find her comments insulting and in her own way been trying to provide some Ideas to contribute towards server. Even though she has bad grammar and spelling I kinda see what she is trying to get at. If I remember correctly Silence was spilling Rumors certain players were GMs and those players got to decide the fate of his character and account.

+1 Sam. Noone was held accountable for using regular equips to farm fc, alot worse flamers than just her, some even in the forums. Not sure why she is singled out. -confused-

If there are worse flamers why aren't there any reports on them?
That means ether the in game law enforcers are not doing their duties correctly or are offline when these incidents occur. As for flamers in forum i reassure you that we take care of those if we left out any please state their names and the topics.

In Player Medusa's case i was personally present when she was posting offense after offense on world chat i have recently come to know that this is a daily occurrence. When a player is warned then suspended it is time for that player to realize that he or she should cease and desist such realization has not been acknowledged by player Medusa also if she is capable of giving ideas or complain about certain aspects in game judging by forum posts, the language barrier is not large enough to excuse player Medusa as she can understand us just as much as we can understand her.

As I mentioned and in this cause your right the player Medusa Keeps doing this. Saying that if insults are directed at myself should I not get a say? I don't want her to be perma banned as a result of insulting me when I was not even online.

If sHe is stupid enough to flame again on wc I dont care about what happens to her then and nor would any one else. I know you give many players who have done worse 2nd and even 3rd chances which they still abuse in some rare cases.

Player Medusa will be placed on second strike again anymore issues reported or seen by us personally will result in the 3rd strike permanent ban. Player SpiritReaper does not find player Medusa's words offensive towards him thus she is reinstated and excused.

Thanks Chris though I dont think she would last 3 days. I just dont want someone banned for insulting me as I seriously dont care what they say anymore.

i know she flame in world alot but i dont c her flames that bad specially with her broken english, she never rly insulted anyone that bad she just flame with stuff like "go donate more" etc she dont curse or saybad words

other people have flamed worse than this

oh plus, if u dont mind gm can u plz post in the warning counter when someone get a warning or something ? so we wont spam u in forum ask u for reasons why someone is banned. and someone like me will know nexttime how they got to the second strike ^^

Gm Chris. I have arrested a few for the same as what Medusa did and sent you guys the screenshots per Gm Connors instructions. I have also sent in the flaming as asked by GM Connor when he gave me the enforcement. A bit of my frustration is indeed linked to this. Medusa isn't one who will go and report nor are most of the people on the server. Example: Sam gets flamed a lot. Yes we step in. But he would and us would have to send emails and clog up your schedule even more with these childish things. Problem as I see it you do have a few who do one thing or allow one thing but are the first to report it when they want to get someone else in trouble.

Your words have been noted though and I will do a better job at keeping you guys in the loop on such matters. When I do try and speak out though lately I seem to offend you though. SO I don;t know how to do this. I will keep it in email though I guess that way things aren't blown up on the forum like the fc thing which I did email you about and nothing was done. Thanks.
