I think u need to wait till Ambervale will be open, u can read news on launcher about that city, and about that opening date is moved on 10/11 Smile

Third Rebirth will be completed after Ambervale expansion has been completely added.

The quest is still pending as players will have to do 2 quests in 2 new mazes which have not been fully developed yet.
