First of All to Become a Legend You need
-125 Donation Credits
To know more about legends click here link
Obtain them by donating using this link
To Start The Quest to Become a Legend
Tell him to take you to heaven
Talk to Him
You recieve the Sealed Legend Insignia
The First Quest 
NOW THERE ARE TWO CHOICES YOU CAN MAKE
Choice 1 for BD
Farm The Mobs Normally -
Talk to the NPC and learn the Language Barrier (Important)
Make sure you collect the Keys to enter the BD portal
You will have to collect
-1 Timeless Machine
-1 Mask of mummy king
-1 Signil of Anubis
Collect them on the Way to the BD
Choice 2 for BD
Spawn Them using Scrolls
Talk to the NPC (need Donation Credits)
Purchase the summoning Scrolls for Black Dragon and Drake
Black Dragon
Kill the Black Dragon 10 Times (Respawn 24 Hours)
Make sure to use Possesion + High Amplifier of luck since you will need to use the drops from BD for the Next part of the questRequired Drops from BD (For Next part of Quest)
3x Eye of Blackdragon
2x Heart of Blackdragon
1x Soul of Blackdragon
Drake
You can summon a Drake by using a Summon Scroll or wait for a spawn event.It spawns every 2 hours in FC but only players below level 45 can enter FC1
Just kill it once . Make sure to use Possesion + High Amplifier of luck since you
will need to use the drops from Drake for the Next part of the quest
Required Drops from Drake (For Next part of Quest)
3x Flame Eyes
Wandering Soul
Kill it 5 Times
No Drops are required to be collected from the mob for the quest
