Bugged Inventory? Empty Bugged Inventory?

I am new to this server.Noticed that inventory looks so different. It is big, and equipped item is below, not above inventory slot.
Plus I cannot see amount of $ I have.
Is this a bug? Wrong setting on my part?
Pls help. thank you
