Just a small announcement from my guild.

We are still recruiting, however not as openly as before.

To be recruited you must have a member of my guild, sponsor you.
Your sponsor will talk to me, and if I agree we will take them on in a trial basis.

You will be allowed to join us in CA, DW, etc and also on our ventrilo server, but you will not be recruited into guild until some time after trial period, and until we know you well enough and consider you as a friend.

Ofc there's other guild's you can join who aren't so picky, but i'd say it's worth the trouble, wouldn't you?

its my view that your guild is all 4, pl dont -.- and say here we go gain Sepp is flaming, im not, ill give you my thoughts,

I have no idea who your leader is, maybe you im not sure, but you need to be headstrong what i mean by this you need to motivate, make your guild work and keep them occupied, ive noticed from the server FTW has the most legends and the only reason why your not winning the amount of battles you should be doing is that they dont log, if you push chubby, leon, marco and ulti was on at the same time it would be awesome, but your guild would only succeed if you had the back up, everyone thinks Legends are strong and the best well thats so wrong, in Exclusive our legends are only succesful coz we have backup, without the backup of our cruz and clerics we would be nothing, thats why you need to get your less stronger guys motivated, i know they get pissed when they die and think fck it this is pointless, but if there motivated and keep coming back regrouping and attacking again they will learn and better themselfs, thats where the teamwork comes into it, without this you might aswell pack in, i hope to god you get them motivated and get them pkin coz when your guild is active and battleing you will see you will succeed, just takes comitment

I have had some* ftw members ask me about recruitment, which is why I said what I did.

I'll remake this thread, and ask GM to lock and delete this one.

I'll cross my fingers and hope the next one doesn't get all this drama.
