New revised rules

Before the upgrade is completed, the server rules will be revised and re written. They should be strictly followed by the GMs and players alike or strict punishments will be enforced.

This is not a place for your personal vendetta people -.-
If you want to fight with each other, do it somewhere else where others dont get bothered.

This topic is an announcement about the changes and we didnt ask for anyone's suggestion yet, because we arent even going to rewrite the rules until everything else regarding the update is done.
