Server unstable?

Ok.. no offence but this is the idk how many time that the server suddenly goes "poof, offline"
Are you having problems with the host or something? Because even though my connection is currently running on a 1gb connection (tested on a USA server (max distance from my place) with 630mb/sec.) yet I dc each hour or something from the server because it somehow is unstable..
Could you give us any details ? Or atleast a warning "before" you take the server offline? (atleast if this was intentionally)..
That would answer a lot off questions instead off showing up mad faces.

Maybe there's a problem. Its offline right now. Without any notice.

i cant type anything atm (guild,world,local etc),,,im not offline coz im teleporting and stuff

ohhhhhhhh ok i thought i was the only one having problems or something... i log off to feed my pet and when i tried logging in it keeps giving me this msg

i dont usually see gms on till about 6am my time which is about,,,6 hrs,45mins from now

aaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhh cant wait to get on.. i just came home from work and im all done with everything i need to do.. i wanna finish my last bd and drake soon T__T and lalalalala lol im bored now =\.. im sure GMs are sleeping now so we have to wait for another 6 hours for them to wake up

host issues
we paid $718 for the next month already but they say they got only $370. But we have the receipts as proof.
So having arguments with the host since they are taking too long to reply
But thats not the reason why people got dc'ed
Server database is kinda getting too huge and hard to manage.
We might push the full database cleanup before the announced time to fix

In a previous announcement we have been told that over 25k characters have gotten deleted (about 1/2 weeks ago?)
Im sorry but after such a cleanup it cant be the database thats too huge?
Goodluck with the arguements with the host though.

i haven't play on this server for a while due to some damage in my pc. mybe my chars are deleted but its ok.now my pc got fixed and i wanna start over again. but it seems that i cannot download it like it used to be. did u guys changed the site? please lemme know... i missssss bso so much....(since playing the official is quite boring)

what is happening with the server? I can not log any of my accounts there one day, all have the same message "exceptional line gate server error"what happens? Can someone help me?
