Gm Zaire said u coould transfer dk set to other player using Gm services card can u possibly do it .Plz lemme knw if u can

Gm zair is not a gm anymore. He simply is doing the maintenance until lisa gets back.

And as for your question, DK weapons are non tradable, but we will transfer it if its ungemmed and if you have an Equip transfer card (Its not released yet)

GM service card has other uses, but not equip transfer.
