Can't log in into server

Is there a problem with the server or is my account bugged? I been playing without any problem until i log out my account and play again. What i got was "Discovered exceptional line error on Gate Server" What should i do?

yea its happened again, im online atm i cant talk locally, guild or world,,,,,,9 more hrs

yea twice this week already i wonder whats happening. we just had maintenance last night too 11pm my time =\.. only 16 hours after maintenance.. problem again .. ={

Server was online but server lost database connection in between cause a simply local query timed out -.-
