Black Dragon Set VS. DE Set(?)

so what it just came into my mind...the least sets new players(non-mallers) can get is these sets excluding the 45-65 sets...so who here can give the pros and cons of these sets for each class?

Black dragon set has good effects depending on your class. but if you want to keep the effects then you shouldn't fuse it.
As for DE set you can make it 110% which is better. or you can use a lv85 ring then fuse gloves and boots.

But it all depends on which class you will use it to.

bd set is really good for magic classes coz u get more pr and u get really good effects,
clerics absorb more dmg on ES
sm seals longer
voy does 1.5X more dmg on bolt

ss get more pr but lose a load of atsp and dodge which i found annoyin whn i farmed da. but u get to do the bd hs but chances to summon one is.,,.less than 10% on cp 0,,,ill need this to be clarified.

champs lose a lot of def on bd set, so its better to stick with de

cruses im not sure coz its a class i havent tried

did u look at the stats of the bd set on the items database? because if u did... i think the set there is cursed...and if u look at a 0cp bd set its way alot better

Thats righteous BD claw / paw your speaking about. Currently only way to get this ingame is from the Mall NPCs.

DE boot & glove are still best option though unless u can get righteous.

Yea its 10%
For a melee class i would suggest de set too
You can upgrade to corp kylin later from (SW)

110% is better only when your armor has good gems. otherwise u might as well get 85 ring effects. because of the effects it gives.

Hi guys! I read this guide and i think it rather useful yet i am confuse. I am a champ with fused de gloves and boots with unfuse death armor with a 85 ring. Recently i bought a 4 cp corp bd set. So what is the best set for me? is it just stick with my current set? Or i should like mix it? or use bd set full? can anyone enlighten me?

De set for Champ....
the stats for De set is much better than 4cp bd corp...u should compare it to see.....

and uve mentioned u have de armor unfuse and 85 ring which means u have the ring bonus which makes the 85 ring have a stat like Godness ring... if u switch to 4cp corp bd ull lose that effect and aswell it will much lower ure def cus for what ive remembered DE armor adds 11% def....

I was thinking abut this. What about i fuse the bd gloves and bd boots and use it with the unfuse death armor and ring? will it be better? because i saw the stats of the boots and the gloves, they are quite simillar but bd stats 110% is better that de gloves and boots. So what do you think? on the other hand i can sell the armor away =)

the hitrate of the bd gloves and the Dodge of the bd wings SUCKS... even if the stats is better when fused it cant make up for the hitrate and dodge...
so better stick with the Death set
