-increase lvl cap? since we cant spam bags like we did early in the server to get to 100 i think lvling is a lot harder. also dont let HHM (happy holiday magazines) work after lv100 so its harder lol

-ok so the Skill reset book.... ive been asking for that since the server started then all of a sudden i notice it on a mall npc for 15 dc. im ok with it being 15 dc but an announcement would've been nice and maybe add it to lottery so non- donators have a chance to get it?

i know i had more suggestions but im drawing a blank so ill just add them later when they come to mind.
