I've seen the simmular post in the past,and GM said that the system IP blocked the previous player accidentally,so you have to wait for a bit,like me ,but for unfair decision that the system judged about me as playing with bots...

account entered malfunction is related to a security feature of the server, where if someone tries to log your account wihle it's on, happened like, ur char on, then u dc, u try log it so it locks the account waiting for dc.. but wont dc.. u need to email gm i think they can fix it on an individual basis (or wait for maint)
