How do I enter EO if I have to vote first before entering? The first is fine cause I entered after I voted but as I shut down and open again our computer, it says again vote before you enter. The problem is that i have already voted awhile ago and does it mean that i have to wait for 12 hours to enter server again? If there's another way to enter pls tell me. thnx.

No you dont have to wait 12 hours to enter server you have to wait 12 hours to vote again! It is due to your Dynamic IP that you have to vote again, simply means your IP changes each time you shutdown causing the system to think you did not vote. So you just have to vote again and you can enter server with out any problems what so ever.
