How can i solve this problem?

I get that problem when i log my char, it crashes the game. I just redeemed the chest of solace from vote points and that what happened when i logged.. I can log my other chars though. Help GM!

Run the updater
Whats the patch version it shows there?
If it didnt update then click on "Reinstall Patches"

GM i installed the game but when i oppen it i find brightsunonline and test in brifghtsunonline i find 6 gates from 1 to 6 but i tried all and all connection failed what should i do? i think i need a manual patch
