Holy Kylin or EK set buff effect

Just a little request for the buff effect...
Can you let us activate that with a cast of skill? Idk if you've tried this before but I just see my voyager kinda dumb getting buff from doing some melee on its opponent(magic classes doing that are just giving enemies a chance to stun or seal, yea Im dumb xD)... Well, I don't think it would affect much about the balancing of the game... EK and HK set users were always buffed anyways... Just a little request so I wouldn't have to find a navy token, an opponent, or if lucky (at SW) a shrub, just to get myself buffed xD
Don't mind if you don't have to, but I hope you'd consider this

Fine as it is take hits or receive melee dmg (not range) and you gain 1% chance to buff.
