GM the topic is locked, and i'm not noob enough to cant recognize that they're in different apparel. Please read again what i'm asking, i'm gonna repeat it here.
Ex: I have Carsise Bishop Apparel. It's for Carsise only. I can't fuse it into Navy Vest, which is both for Carsise AND Phyllis therefore i should be able to wear it since im a champion.

Like we told you in the previous post.
Carsise equipments are of a different TYPE from other characters.
The one usable by carsise and phyllis only supports the standard type while most carsise equipment are of their own type. You can only equipments like Kylin while have a standard type to those apparel which supports multiple character types

But it only happened recently. I used to fuse my armor to a Carsise-Phyllis type before (DE armor champ)
And now i can't fuse my corp kylin (which should be able to be used by all classes) to a Carsise-Phyllis apparel.

here's the complete timeline. I bought the corp kylin from a lance character, therefore i have to fuse it into Lucky bull apparel, then fuse it into another carsise apparel in order for me to use it. But i cant fuse it back into Lucky bull apparel (which has no class requirement)

The Carsise-Phyllis apparel you are refering to is for the carsise equipment type. Phyllis cannot fuse their sets to it.
Corp Kylin is of the standard equipment type and hence cannot be fused to an apparel thats of the Carsise only type.

Ah but the problem is, my corp kylin is already fused to the carsise-only type. Theoretically it should be able to be fused to carsise-phyllis apparel because it is corp kylin, but i cant.
It's a corp kylin armor and i can't fuse it to the carsise-phylis apparel/lucky Bull apparel

Use another apparel. If you fuse it to this one one, many Carsise armor dependent skills will not work.
