Dual Shield

Due to players abusing DS and SW, we have decided to finally install the Dual Shield we planned on releasing a few months.

The system will be active within 48 hours. Anyone dualling in the following maps will be autobanned by system.

Maps under Dual Shield protection
-Dark Swamp
-War of Eternals (SW)

Punishment can vary from the deletion of all Mystic shards or Reward Points upto a permanent suspension.

And rewarding SW

Players are not expected to run 3-4 clients with buffers\healers to autoheal statues.

Dual Shield for DarkSwamp is already in effect.
It will be added to SacredWar after 48 hours of testing DarkSwamp.

This topic has nothing to do with dual equips lol. They're talking about system to prevent people to dual login in DS/SW

If the " Dualling " happened at 6:05am and i see the people who broke the rule at 10:00am Can i arrest them??

Its like they broke the rule some hours earlier and i see them after a few hours. Can i arrest them then ??

Can add to Ca bad enough I gotta try and live 20-1 in ca without them needing to log alts to just kill me then i watch them tele them out. Its just cowardly and stupid.

I think 15 mins tanking a guild is decent enough. But i dont think ppls should dual in a FFA map.

Chaos Argent
Sacred War
Forsaken City 1-3
Dark Swamp
Christmas Isle

Dualshield will also include server sided tweak detectors in the future. Players who use any illegal tweaks will be detected from server side and punished accordingly. This feature will take further time to develop since only a server sided detector can work efficiently as client sided detectors are easily by-passable. This will be done by filtering each packet that is sent from the client to the server and checking for abnormalities. This will also detect botters and autoban them instantly.

Illeagal Tweaks could be if i am not mistaken ALL THAT ALTER .BIN files. I am not sure about texture tweaks (EG that includes making map terrains Detail from half decent looking to terriable so less lag. EG Grass Green Square, Mob tweaks in certin maps, Menu tweaks are useless atm but probly banned. Crus anti stealth Tweaks i can easily say are banned) XD just make a list and ppls can compare their lists. But renistalling patches does not get rid of some tweaks XD so players should be given the link to Gerneric camera, Class animation tweaks/files in order to be on even playing feild.

Only tweaks that we can allow are
-Camera Tweak (The client already comes with a Camera tweak)
-Animation Tweaks

Any other kind of tweak is considered illegal and it is impossible to prevent players from using it from the client side. So we will be adding Server sided packet filters which will check if you are using any tweaks from the server side.
This logging system is already active and in test mode and we already have a huge list of players using illegal tweaks.

Btw how about 2 people playing in same house with 2 different laptops? Meaning only one person can go DS/SW at a time?

how come our characters were arrested me and my friend were using different computer with 1 internet connection?? and even the other accounts that are not farming at DS were also sent to prison.. its just confusing when you answered both can go so long as only 1 character goes to DS/SW...

GM system making mistakes, look at "cheaters list" =(
Alot ppl are there with only buffer.
List show me and my bro's crus dualing at CA, it's impossible. He said he was with crus and his buffer outside CA,even didnt log Eiko char. I wasny in game today.
We both got warning,and can't log on game.
Sorry but today i have abbadon, i want my chars back.

I logged Sneaky account ( not char ). But didnt go in-game. Just to the Screen where you select the character. But on List it says in CA. Please check the system!! Its impossible.

I just checked if Anthony changed the pass after he told me it 5 days back.
All i did was : Type Id and Pass then hit "Enter". The char selection screen came. Then clicked " Exit " System giving false messages. Check pls!

Dual shield noted people who were online in CA prior to the maintenance to be noted as online after the restart.

Ca\Dw\Sw\Fc sessions are instantiated and checked separately from now on to prevent further collision.

My chars still on Warning -.-
-waits patiently yet..-
I missed some SW and also Abaddon! Trying make reb with so many problems are annoying(First bugged portals,then restart in abba time and now locked chars). Sorry but it's unfair, cuz i didnt saw anyone else who have lock chars.
