Story Quest Problem

Sorry for 1 more post in same day, but this is a different question.

I've been doing Story Quest and I seem to be "stuck" at this 1 quest.

After giving one of each Naval Base Passwords (AB, BC, CD, DE, EF) to "Weird Grampa" NPC in Icicle Haven (Deep Blue),
he gives me a story quest called "Seal Research Outcome".
Here is the description (in quest log): "I'll let you know the results later / Wait for Weird Grampa to tell you his research results".
Apparently, all we have to do is re-click on the NPC, to activate next quest.

But the quest isn't getting completed. I've waited like 1 hour, and it's still "In progress".

How are we supposed to advance? I'm aiming for Kylin Set heh xD
