Can stats and skill point books get added to heaven or will it be too overpowering? And what about max lv will that improve or stay at 100? I think 100 is best XD.

uhmmm... if its in heaven then u would buy alot of it sam Razz
i suggest if GMs will put that it would be in RP reward or in a special reward where one has to work for it

You can simply use a Character reset card to completely reset your stats, skill points and class.
