HOW EXACTLY TO USE DONATION CREDITS?

I plan on donating to eternals online hugely, but first i have a few questions.

1.How exactly can we spend DCs here in EO? i've heard of ppl getting kylin sets or grand sets with DCs but i have no idea how to get them. Is it from the lottery tickets?

2.I've heard of ppl who donated via paypal or western union, which i also plan to use but apparently there have been cases where they donated but didnt get the donation credits. i have also emailed the admin a few times but apparently live support here isnt very good either. so, i would like to know, how fast is the DC redemption? straight away or do i have to wait for the gm's email reply?

Also, im a minor and i plan on donating in cash, so is there a sort of age requirement and that i have to transfer cash in cheque when using west union or can i use cash?

Once the GM received ur DOnation they will contact u and put ur DC on ur Temp bag.Then u can spend ur DC to heaven lots of npc there to buy donation items.

Donation is simple

You can donate using the various donation methods available on this page

Once you have donated, send an Email with your donation details (Unique Order\Transaction IDs) to admin@eternalsonline.com
Alternately, you can use the Contact GM button on your client updater and fill in your details on the form.

You will receive your donation credits on your Temp Bag (Alt + D) as soon as receive your donation. Methods like Western Union and E-Cheque can take longer due to the processing and collection time. When using these methods you will only receive your DC once the E-cheque has cleared or after we have collected your donation.


You can exchange your donation credits for items of your choice in Heaven. Just talk to the different Item NPCs placed in Heaven.
