GM i know why u disable bd soul in shields...
but why cant i forge chipped colo at shield???? ._.

plss clarify it why u disabled it on shields

They were never enabled in the first place. Chipped Colos are easy to obtain while UG (already on NPC and much easier and cheap to obtain) is forgable to shields.

Everyone will have shields with high level gems if chipped gems are enabled.
