I know you will say NO!

But i was wondering if you can add a hat that buff the char with just Lv10 Spiritual Fire and Lv10 Tempest Boost by getting hitted.

Kind of like the Holy Kylin hat, but with just those 2 features and no stats, for maybe 100 Hundred Million Notes at NPC?
