help me...i cant log in

i dont know why i cant log in...i re-install the game coz i formated my lappy... update all the new patch etc..then when u log in to vote and done voting i cant log in...i click vote to enter nothing happen...i click re install patch nothing happen...i click contact gm nothing happen....what should i do?

I have the same problem i instaled it patched it and its my first time entering server is ask me for some voting i enter my nick and pass and it want to chose character how to chose it i have not make it yet ... confusing and i cant get in i click the same as markjohn89 click re-patch nothing hapends reply plzz fastttt
