I want to revert back to my Old invent Skin HELP!!!

I tried to use Rhyoll's edited skin for invent,and i find it difficult to use cause invent is to cramp. I did not made a back up cause i have no idea on which file to back up. I tried re-instal patches but stil its not working still the same skins,I tried copying old BSO texture but now its worst i Can't log in coz my log in screen is from old BSO

dont u like the inventory skin we are using right now? the one big window?
cu zi like it that way i dont like scrolling up to find my item ... i dont like the official top inventory skin .. i just hope there are some other colors of the skin XD id like to have green window skin and everything green LOL XD

I just tried it out of curiosity but i find out its sux big time but designs are cool.
