Request My Donation credit that didn't come.

I don't know if this is the correct place to ask, however I made a donation and about an hour later never got Credits. I am not sure where to message for this so please don't be mad. If any1 knows how I can get this resolved please help.

when you open your game client click on CONTACT GM on the right top corner or the launcher and then message them about the donation you made...

it takes a while for the DC to go through, if you're a first time donator. it will definitely take a while till the gms makes a record of your account.
it normally takes a while, just be patient.
whenever i donate, i time it for when the GMs are would approximately be online so i normally get it within 10 minutes at most.
if its out of their time zone, ofc i'd expect to get it within 10-12 hours at most.
just get the timing right.
