I noticed the only Time I had issues when I donated, is when I donated more than one time per day. Is there any rule against that? Because last time it never sent credits for my second donation.

as far as I know, no.

Theres no limit.

There are limitations to some donation methods
-DaoPay(Mobile) 1x Donation from a particular IP every 24 hours
-MolPoints (10 minutes delay between donations when using amounts larger than 50 DC)
