cant log in game

hi there GM , im an old player of bso but i left the game for long time , i think there was a huge database wipe when gm asked players to save their chars i was unactive at this moment so my characters got wiped , anyways im not asking for my characters back , im just wondering why i cannot login , when i click ( Vote to login ) i type my account up there then after i vote i still cant login ... here is a screenshot :

After you type in the Captha code, press ENTER
