New builds/120% apparel?
before there was a post about new builds for each class. but they were put on hold cuz people complained about champs.
so will there be new class builds or no more?
also 120% apparel was mention before? will that still be implemented? choosing between 110% and effects is obvious but i think making it 120% would balance it a bit so its either higher stats or more effects.

I think choosing between effects and 120% would be a great idea and more balanced because its either you pick effects or more stats.
Like Sam(SpiritReaper) & Sifu & many other said to me. Either you pick stats or you pick effect.
It would also help balance server out with donators and nondonators.
Nondonating players would have a higher chance to pk better.
Pk would be more solid.
Pk right now looks like this..
Players depends on -
1. depend on demi
2. depend on legend
3. depend on a set

Heres what I got told some time ago when talking to a gm:
*Rear Pets (still needs work)
*Eternal Kylin and Kylin Upgrade cards
*Arch Deamon
*Tundoria Castle (still titans dont attk as intended. easy bugs hence the reson for low drops and supre high dmg)
*New Skills for each class
*3rd Rebirth quest
*Lv100 weps stats and effects (Champ sword one had still has same base dmg as 85 unseal sword. Loose 200 max swappinng from 110% 85 unseal to unseal 100 wep. Gain slight amout more in hp)
They are some of older updates I can rember. I disagree letting players get 120% sets. Might work in top but not here. THink lv9 sobd 110% adds 25 pr + base amour pr. Add pr neck or titan title (+2 pr) legend ring (+7 pr) and a goddess ring/god realm ring you get more unbreakable characters and it wont be just champs people will complain about.
Crusader dodge already effing insane and no lower of dodge on dk is kinda beating the point of trying to kill them. At 725 hr 730 max I can possibly get I miss over 50% of my hits on certin crusaders. Something their has got to give. A burn dmg from a magic attk on high constuion tragets will help even no mallers get the chance to keep enough dmg on some strong taking characters to kill them. That been said champ hp regen is decent but could be improved when more ppls attk the better it gets since you spend most of your time as a champ stuned and sealed.
Speed up some cast times on ech skills may improve pk and slow down others will help balance things out. Example with out animtion tweak on voy I can conch, zap move conch again. Without I can conch zap conch without moving as skill just finshed casts making it far hard to "BUG STUNS". Casting beserk should be made faster without the need of tweaks same for bolts and slashes. Wide area or powerful skill like primal Rage, Shadow Slash, Stealth, head shot should have an absolute cast time/ stationry time. Frequency of bd effects on a voygers lighting is crazy and the crusaders stun. Yet to test sm. Cleric varies too much to say its too often. (can say 1 dmg for 1 sp to 20-30 even higher)
I suggestion on a side note. Visual appeal of npcs towns etc could be more unique along with skills. Even if i doubt its possible 2 differnt looks for Illusion slash on champ and on crus. I mention looks becuase its a thing that attaracts people to play in server and stay.

As i remember correctly in the skill info there is two types of illusion slashes, So it maybe possible to change the animation for champ and crusader.
