Well i wanna ask, if i mall a service card, & complete the rb, can u pass my gems to or atleast my equips to SS? right now i am a cruz, That wanna now if i can change to SS.. ?

like :
Change my sword 85 to gun or bow 85
My ajr str for acc
and other things

Its that posible, Or i will need to mall all again.. If its like that , i will saty at cruz..

That is not possible you will need a gem transfer card for Gems that need to be transfer to other Equips and Service card is for: Changing Name or Guild name,Summon a mob that is not on item mall,teleport a party to any location except abbadon etc.
