Can't enter any portal!!!!

my player Isychiie can't enter any portal. this is the first time ive encountered it. when i tried to enter DS, it says.. "You were kicked out of Dark Swamp for Dualing and lost all you Azreal and BD gems!" . same situation when i tried to enter SW. BullsEye and EvilSlasher has same problem as me. i havnt tried it on other character tho. please fix this as soon as possible. thanks

If players dual in any of the dual protected maps, they get blocked from entering all mazes for a few hours.
