Error on launcher!

I get this error on opening the Launcher.
My client version was v37 when i last opened it. Nothing happens when I click Continue.
And the details button has this under it..

-How to fix this?
-I have unstable Internet connection since yest. That has something to do with this?

Hmm.. Forgot to say.. It said New version of Launcher is available when i opened the launcher first time. After that, whenever i click launcher this window only comes.

ive had that same problem before, i clicked on CUD and everything went okay o.o

but still the amount of updates pissed me off.

hmmm, launch the application "cud.exe" from ure client's folder
