what about returining of equips that were gone due to server cleaning of banned accounts

Banned accounts in BSO was not saved thus it is not in the EO database.

what about mall items that were wiped out do we get them back or they also gone stuff like stealth necklace and stuff that cant be transfered

Those items also get wiped with the account.
