Hi my brother told me that you only need one character customization card to customize both swords of your character. Is this true or do I need two?

Yes that is correct one character customization card is required to customize weapons in your case both swords.

I was wondering,if i have a grand armor along with corp kylin boots&gloves. Do i need just one Customization card or two?,cause i find it unfair if its two because in the end its just a set but different kind.

Gloves , Torso, Shoes can be customized by the same card.
