Well i realised that there hasnt been legendary lottery for the past 3 months,i was considering a suggestion you could put it up again in mall for 35 DC for a limited amount of time,or a double DC like you did last year as i remeber.

It would be awesome,& its just an idea to help/improve server.

There will never be a Double DC event.

Legendary lottery provides exclusive items and hence will not be added to NPC directly. They will only be distributed during auction events or as rewards.
