Some problems with my char..

The launcher gets stuck when i try to reply to a ticket.. I click on send button but the message is not relayed to you i guess.. No error messages on screen.. So, I cant reply to the ticket that i made.. So, im taking the matter here..

MY ticket 838:

I have a char named ±Dante.. when i log it after long time.. I see it with Ek set, God realm Ring, Legend ring, Stealth neck etc.. Maybe GM put the items etc. wrongly in this char instead of the other Dante.. Can GM explain ?

And im banned from dualling in Maps. Can explain whar chars i dualled and in what map, in what time?? I lost some Azz cuz of it. I was having just 1 char online in that time..

So, Dante is GM`s char? I know God Realm Ring is non-tradable and we can obtain from auction only.. how can Dante get it ? So, this explains the healing he got in dw.. from 1% to 100% ?
If Dante really malled it, the Ek set, legend ring etc. should have gone to him by default.. I think some GM did mistake in typing the name.. I didnt see him do legend quest also..

No one else knows about this.. I can take it public if u want.. So what say ? Need a lot of answers about this..

It seems that the characters ±MDante and RoranoaZoro entered the same map which was dual protected. Players are only blocked for dualing for a few hours. Please send us a screenshot on what error you receive when trying to reply to an existing ticket?

Effort is appreciated for reporting your character not being rolled back after testing. The character was temporarily used to find the attackspeed of a player on certain equipments. One of our new staff members who was handling this service request seems to have forgotten to roll back your character"s equipments. We will have it rolled back in 24 hours.

There are no items that can heal a player completely. Only possible option would be to use a cooked potion or 3 Gyozas because of the nil cool down timer. But all manufactured and cooked items are disabled.

As for the question regarding God Realm rings, they are untradable and will not be transferable through market or equipment transfer system. However they might be added to heaven and removed from the corresponding lottery tickets.

Okay.. what i need now is some answers..

Assuming that you used my char for testing,
1.

So it means some player, possibly Dante(cuz same name) has God-Realm Ring! How did he obtain it?
2. I know GM's are not soo newb to NOT rollback a char after testing.. So it must be a lie..
3. If you were really testing atk speed of a player, you must try it on a champ char.. But why was my char (that too a crusader) taken for testing? It was still a crusader wearing the equipments.. So possibly the aspd of champ, crus differ.. And again, GM's are not so newb to do this..
4. And all equipments were +27.. I think Unique Gems is not available in mall/heaven and player have to make it in normal way.. How did Dante get all Lv 9 UG's without buying from other players/making in normal way? And he got all +27 so quick.. How did he manage to put all UG's to Lv 9 so soon?


All this means Dante is a char created by Codes and not in normal way..?

Orrrr Maybe the Head GM gave permission to one of his well-wishers("newb GM as i would say" to make a new char using codes and he fcked it up by mistyping the name(of my char)?
I would prefer a Honest reply than cover-up's! We will be happy to know the truth from the GM's and we wont mind it really if it was char made by the GM since i love the PK.. Any GM can continue playing it..

And i took the char(Dante) and my char (RoranoaZoro) to Silver Mine 3 to test the slash on my char.. I checked with the forum posts and it didnt have dual shield.. So i took it there for the test... How can i be banned from other maps for that? And it didnt say anything when i dualled in Silver Mine 3.. It was like after 1 hr when i went to Ca, it said "You are banned form this map" Then i checked with TC and system said "You are currently dualling in this map.You are sent out and you will lose all Azz & BD gems"

Its mistake of GM for NOT ANNOUNCING that "Silver Mine 3 has dual shield" to players.. How can i bear the losses for this? I lost some Azz.. Any Compensations?

I tried to keep the matter as confidential as possible.. but your ticket system let it down..
Maybe GM can try something like Live Support(which is like normal chat) instead of the ticket system.. So that we get the answers asap if any of the GM is online.. GM can reply while he is travelling somewhere in real(Saves time, maybe)

Well for who doesnt understand.

1st: I had a crus ±Dante.
2nd: I logged that acc yday, and noticed that Dante is a champ instead of Dante crus and with Ek(all +27), stealth neck,GOD REALM RING, Legend Ring..
3rd: I made a ticket to GM, to explain everythnig to avoid ban (gms act weird sometimes)
4th:GM answered to me, but then I can't write next post to him (had error)
5th: so I posted everythnig on forum...

Dual shield protects the following maps
Darkswamp
Chirstmas Isle
War of Eternals
Storming Thundoria Castle
Fosaken City I
Demonic World I
Archdemon lair
Azreal Guardian Arena
Black Dragon lair (East gulf region)
PK Map (During events)

Silver mine 3 and Black dragon lair are in the same map (East gulf map).

Your character's equipments will be rolled back during the next maintenance.
The shards were lost because you dual-ed in a Dual protected map.

no you are completely wrong. it is totally the players fault. we as players are supposed to know all the unmentioned changes and procedures GMs don't tell us by reading their minds o.O.

like how i was supposed to know that when using a forge card its the item you have equipped that would be the one forged when GMs didn't tell me this before hand. So no we get no compensation.

or like how killing the granary now increases the damage of the back towers. no this is not a bug i confirmed it on the ticket system. the response was "increasing tower damage when the granaries are destroyed is not a bug" "Sacred War was not changed since February where the devil towers were upgraded" Someone like me, who has been playing since the beginning of this server, would not notice such a thing.

like your CA incident and the silver mine thing.

Anyone good at reading minds of unknown people?
Some players like me,Cast need your help to know whenever a change is done.. Anyone can do it? We seriously need some help...

And the answer for the lots of questions i asked is a total grub as expected.. I saw the post made by GM-Chris in Forum. Checked it 2-3 times and then only took the two chars to Silver Mine 3 to test slash on my char.. So, its my mistake for not knowing about the dual shield implemented there? Its my mistake for GM-Chris announcing it wrongly?
