Suggestion for forum scrolling thingy at the side

Could you stop it scrolling and just display the list in full? I usually need to wait for the post to appear and it takes so long xD

Hmm..i think u can always click "Show topics/posts from last visit" (dont remember how it is in english). It's right above topics =)

U will see how i spammed forum with my posts ^^
