I need Help!

Please i need somebody who can help me!.. When i launch the server and i start playing i cant see any words in the game, i can't see neither what i type or what other players type... I can't neither see what NPC's say!!.. please some Gm or someone smart help me and try to contact me so i can fix this problem.!! I would really like to join ya'll ASAP!! Thank you!,

Please someone nice repost an answer or please GM check this and get in contact with me so we can do Team Viewer or something so you can help me fix it..

2 problems :-
u might be missing the simsun font txts in ur EO folder or ur computer hasnt installed this font. which means u gotta find it on the net and install it manually.
or
u got a version of windows that just won let u play.

Okay S2, thank you for the guide but i dont really get it >.<... my computer is in spanish and i dont really know what to do.... if you could do Teamviewer with me i would really appreciate that... Thank you for your hhelp..

Possible fixes for the bug
-Copy all files from "Your client folder"\data\fonts\ and paste them to your c:\windows\fonts\
-Upgrade
your graphics card drivers (Some Nvidia cards require you to download
and upgrade your drivers before making some games work)
-If you use Windows 7 home edition, try running the program in compatibility mode with Windows XP
