Need GM help with legend account

Hello,
I got some problems with my account and need GM help but they don't reply on their mails so i posted here.

I know we didn't have very good relationship before but I was hoping to get some more fun n my crus and maybe bring some friends on this server...

My ING name is DesteryJR and this is regarding Destery my old crus... and thanks donna for lending me your forum access because all my mails and account for forum are banned (have been for long time even when i was still playing)...

Hello Destery,

From what I remember, you were banned permanently by GM Zaire for insulting the server and interserver advertisements on world chat.

We do not see any traces of your old character in our databases, so you will have to make a new character. I will arrange for your old IP address to be unbanned.

NO thats not him he got banned cause accused of been gm when he wasn't. Conner banned. I iSiku needs his character back too since apparently he was unbanned.

I don't know what your database says exactly but i was banned twice, 1st for insulting and that was solved and i kept playing, 2nd time i was banned for being GM on other server but that was also solved because it was proved that i wasn't GM there...

After that i was still playing and i quitted on my own because server was mostly empty... and that was 10 months ago...

Everyone said u can remake legend accounts and that you DO NOT delete account with eternal set...

Please can you get my crus back?

I'm 100% sure I wasn't banned.

We cannot recover accounts that does not exist in our databases anymore.
We make database backups every 3 hours and backups aging upto 30 days are archived.

Backups older than 30 days are deleted

Banned accounts are removed automatically every few months when the databases need to be reindexed and inactive accounts are removed when the databases become large.

Player Destery was clearly banned by GM Zaire after they started insulting the server and making extra server advertisements on world chat. The ban was with the knowledge of Admin Chris and the IP ban should not be revoked in order to create a peaceful gaming environment.

The player was banned because of their own actions and we will not be responsible for the consequences that the ban resulted in.

Sorry.. Didnt get something. Legends are on the "inactive players" list? I have to log cause ill be inactive for 2-3 months . And btw this inactivity deleting the member gets any mail or smth before delete?

1st question:

Answer:
Seems like my IP was never banned... Acctually I was and after i proved you wrong, when andy admited and told you i wasn't GM on HIS server. You also got various players right now telling you same...

2nd question:
Got any proof that i was making extra server advertisements?

Nope, I wasn't GM on other server and i played there for 5 hrs maximum (which every1 could try? or this server rules preclude visiting other servers?).

3rd question:
So your taking away my crus who clearly was in some trouble when i played (who wasn't?) and everything got solved afterwards. I spent on it over 300€ and owner before me spend on it over 1k usd?


I have feeling yo're making this personal because you probably don't like me... After trouble with "extra server", that andy made and invited his friend over there, was solved and I could still play, but after few weeks i left (went inactive) because server was mostly dead (reason why andy made his own server). Now just deleted my char?


Never heard before that any legend was deleted...

Never heard that character with "limited" Eternal set can even be deleted...

After you made security locks for legends you took away my legend voyager (reason: only 1 legend per IP) and i never seen my voyager later. But i didn't nag about that backthen, because you said I can lose MY cruz to...

I'm the reason that Wade came to this server and that Sam is still on server which are one of the ppl who donated most...

I was supporting most of your updates on your server all they way from "server before BSO" and what i get is this unprofessional respond to my request which any other donator could ask for and he got it granted...

I was just hoping to come back and have some fun for summer holidays, donate some more and upgrade my cruz to "pwning" standarts nowdays and you tell me my account was deleted because it was banned on some false event?

I want this to be solved and i won't quit until its solved.

+110% support. I am only here and not in top cause of Jan / Wade.

I just find it ridiculous that the server administrators would delete a character/account that has obviously donated money. Especially in the case that the amount is that high.

So what they're saying is that "donating doesn't make any difference, we reserve the right to delete everything you have purchased with real money if we deem fit and without compensation whatsoever"?

We are talking about actual money, erasing purchased goods without tangible evidence should be illegal (if it isn't already).

So i'm guessing the people whose characters got deleted have every right to legally address this matter, right?

(Loop Hole = Donation) Donation is of our own free will and goes to running and up keep of server. We are compensated in game with DC.

BUT I don't support the deleting of characters like Destary and iSiku.

Yea I was afraid of what you just pointed out. But still... Pretty immoral to delete something people have paid for.

This thing must be checked by GM again. Totally unfair as it seems.

Destery was 100% banned for insulting the server on world chat right after being unbanned. If you ever did want to get unbanned, you should try to contact us, within an acceptable period of time. Not after many months from the incident. Proof is GM Zaire himself because he was a witness.

Player iSiku's account was temporarily banned, but was accidentally deleted along with all other banned accounts during the maintenance because it was marked as "banned". We cannot recover the account because our backups doesn't go further back than 30 days. We are looking for other ways to recover the account.
