Recruiting new players and voting

Just a couple small suggestions. Maybe reward people who bring new players in. I know SexyJo brought me in this server and sold me on it. To avoid people making false accounts you could wait like 30 days or something to check i.p. and make sure they actually stick around. I don't know maybe rp or tc for them?

Also a lot of places I see have 3 places to vote. I was wondering why this one only had 1 place to vote? Seems you could get a lot more people by getting on more voting sites. Seriously I didn't even know about the server until Jo told me about it. SO there is an obvious lack of getting the word out.

Just a couple suggestions for you all to think about especially with the award center opening soon.
