unplierable level 9's.
Once again you've locked a thread without answering many questions.
We aren't just talking about legends, actually one question is.
Someone does second rebirth and wants to change class, how can they pull the gems to make the class change effective? Wait! They can't because you aren't willing to have unlocked gems, nor will would attend to such service.
2nd of all, a player would like to upgrade from a death set they have had because they have finally gotten enough mithril coins to get corpreal kylin, they are non mallers, you expect them to pull a gem xfer card from their bank? It isn't going to happen, no,are you going to provide the xfer free of change? of course not.
So basically the un-tradable eq and the lvl 9 unplierable is killing the server, there is nothing in circulation because no equipment at a lvl 9 gem or fused is tradable what so ever.
Stop locking thread, please think and provide full answers.

I understand your point of view GM Connor, but i would have to justify that the player malled or won the "legend" status via game. And also the GM team set the cost of legend, not the players.
Players that malled Legend or +27( all lv 9 gems) SHOULD have the rights to plier the gem and sell if they please.
What if the legend decides to change class? This would be a waste of their real cash. I am sure players know that selling lv 9 gems ingame for real cash is illegal and therefore would result them in getting banned. I do not see the issue here. We are not asking that Legend insignia to be made tradeable, we are only asking for lv 9 gems to be plierable. ITs not only the lv 9 azreals,bd souls, flame eyes, frost souls that are being sold.. Many players who can not afford great gems gem high lv chip gems. For example i used to use chip souls but i upgraded to great souls. .
Chip gems (+4) lv 9 adds a totall of 36 stats points. This is equivalent to a lv 6 great gem (+6)
It would not make sense to keep the lv 9 chip when the player has a chance to get stronger with great gems.
Restricting the plier of lv 9 chipped gems restricts the chance that newbies that can not afford GREAT GEMS to get stronger.
People also like to go different builds for their class.
For example i have lv9 soul gems all around.
What if i want more defense and i want to remove my soul gem for frost souls ?
This would not be possible. This would mean i would have to look for an another piece of equipment and gem it.
I can go on and on about how useful it would be for the lv 9 gems to be plierable.
Mallers might have gemmed correctly the gems they want to lv 9. but if you think of the non mallers and newbies perspective, they have to make the cheaper and other gems high lvl.
This is only restricting the mallers and non mallers making a barrier between the 2. Mallers can have " perfect" gems to lv 9 while nonmallers should plan out how to gem and what to gem and make their gems lv 8 so that if there was any mistake, they COULD plier.
As for hacking and scamming and such, this is up to the players' themselves. The gm team should not be responsible for the scamming or hacking of a character. They game out their account and what ever happens to the account, this is the player's responsiblity.
Overall my point is that these gems belongs to the players themselves and they should have a word and a choice to do what ever they please with their gems.
I hope you understand what i am trying to say. i did not post this reply to insult you nor did i post it to start anything with you guys. but i think lv 9 plier should be allowed.

btw GM,you dont get what we said! we're talking about normal players as well not only legends,secondly rather than making a lock on lv9 gems ,make it on lv9 azz gems and gr8 gems.. let the players normally remove their lv9 Unique or normal gems! not many players use lv9 gr8 or lv9 azz so if you do lock on the azz and gr8 legends will still not be able to plier! think about the normal players pleaseee,let it be normally like other private servers and normal TOP atleast to plier Unique & normal gems. Thank you!

+1 for Wasa. For example in my boots i got lvl 9 wind and lvl 6 heart. I want to remove heart to put frost but i cant do anything.

The GM team's only concerned regarding allowing Lv9 gems to be pliered is when Legend armors are pliered.
Since
most legends dont have Unique gems, Chipped gems or lustrious gems in
their legend armor, we can consider allowing these gems to be pliered.
This should benefit mid level players and will not be abuse-able by legends.

Equipments without Lv9 Special (Azreal, Great, Uber, BD) gems can be pliered regardless of the gem level.

I cant plier my armor with lv5 bd soul lv6 undead and lv9 gem of colo(third socket) ... same question as my idol chad asking ... do we need to wait server restart ?
