Okay so regarding the lower kylin marketing, now that frozen kylin and etc are now tradable via market.
Can helms trade in there too? Or how will I trade a non socketed frozen kylin cap and bd helm?

Helms cannot be added to market directly as it bugs the character where the helm is taken from.
We will be re-enabling the kylin transfer feature after fixing a few minor bugs
